10-Minute Homemade Chocolate Fudge Made The Traditional Way
The idea of having some hot homemade chocolate fudge for breakfast, lunch and dinner is so decadent that my mouth can't stop watering! Wait a minute. How about turning the idea into reality? Here's an easy 10-minute chocolate fudge made the traditional way.
I made this last night and realized that it is the best fudge ever and the recipe is unbelievably easy! Give it a go!
1 can of condensed milk (like Milkmaid, Mithai Mate, etc)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 cups of chocolate chips
4 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ tbsp salt
Coarsely ground walnuts
Method: Start by mixing the chocolate chips with the condensed milk and butter in a large microwave safe bowl. Once thoroughly mixed, it would look something like this:
Put the bowl in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes; do take out the bowl to give it a stir at 1-minute intervals. Once the mixture is completely smooth, mix it thoroughly with a spatula and allow it to cool a little.
Once it is a bit cool, it should have thickened considerably. At this point, add the salt, vanilla extract and walnuts and mix well. Your fudge is almost ready.
Now all you need to do is line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spoon the fudge into it. Use a spatula to press the fudge evenly and smooth out the top. Refrigerate the fudge for one hour and you're done!
Wasn't that super duper easy!
