Yes, you read that right… You can make delicious, juicy, cheesy and gooey lasagna in just about 15 minutes! Hard to believe, right? But it’s true! Everyone loves the idea of quick and easy weekend dinners especially when they’re all made in just one pan so you don’t have any more dishes to wash. Also, the USP of this amazing recipe is that you don’t need to pre-boil the lasagna sheets!

Is your timer ready? Here we go!
1 cup mince chicken or mutton (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups finely chopped onions
2-3 finely chopped garlic cloves
2 lasagne sheets
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup tomato puree or ketchup
2 cups of water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Method: In a large non-stick pan, cook the mince and onions in olive oil until golden brown, toss the garlic in and cook for another minute or two. Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, salt and pepper and water and simmer for another minute. Remove half of the gravy into a bowl and add the first lasagne sheet to the pan. Give it a nice stir and add a little more water if need be. Add the second sheet and top it off with the remaining gravy, and the cheeses. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lid after 15 minutes and ta-da! Juicy, cheesy and gooey pasta lasagna is ready!
