Yes, you've read that correct. You can actually combine corn with dosa. It already sounds yumm!
1 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
5 tbsp besan
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Blend the corn kennels in a mixer. Add the remaining ingredients to this mixture of corn along with a cup of water. Mix well until it forms the perfect consistency of a dosa batter. Pour a spoonful of the batter on a non-stick tava and spread it using a spoon until it's thin enough. Cook the dosa until it turns light brown from both sides. Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Cheese Mountain Dosa

1 dozen leftover dosa
1 1/2 cups any leftover curry
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
2 finely chopped onions
Line the leftover dosas in a casserole and spread a thin layer of the curry on it. Sprinkle chopped onion over it. Keep adding layers of dosas, curry and onions. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a moderate oven until the cheese has melted. Serve hot!
