Many women wish for round, firm and beautiful breasts but nature hasn’t favored them so much. That said, even those women who are well endowed tend to face certain problems as they age. Breasts can start to sag as you reach your late thirties. This is because the breast tissue ages and loses elasticity and suppleness. But if you want to avoid that from happening, you’ll have to do your bit right since your twenties.

Here are some home remedies for breasts that are showing signs of sagging. But you can also do them to avoid sagging breasts later on in life!
Ice massage: Massaging your beasts with ice makes them firm. This is quite dependable, since ice tightens your skin. Also the massage feels good! So just grab a few ice cubes and put them in a clean fresh linen cloth to make an ice pack. Now use this ice pack to massage your breasts for a couple of minutes. As soon as you’re done, pat yourself dry and wear a comfortable bra. Lie down on your back for 20 minutes post-massage; take a beauty power-nap if you wish too! This will give your breasts time to become smooth and firm.
Regular exercise: Sagging breasts can also be tackled by exercising. There are many exercises and poses that address the pectoral muscles and help in making them firm. Some good workouts include, dumbbell flies, push-ups, arm raises, chest presses that target the chest area. But ensure that you wear a sports bra while exercising and remember not to over-do it.
Fenugreek seeds: Fenugreek seed powder is also a good remedy. It helps combat free radical damage and also makes your skin smooth. Mix 4 teaspoons of fenugreek powder with some water to form a paste. Apply this paste to your breasts and leave it on for 15 minutes then wash it off. This process will also enlarge your breasts if they seem a cup too small (you know what I mean?)

Egg and cucumber pack: Eggs contain vitamins and protein, and cucumber is known to tone the skin; so an egg and cucumber pack can do wonders for your twins. Grind a whole cucumber (skin, seeds and all) along with an egg to make a paste. Apply it to your breasts and gently massage them. Wash it off once it dries. This pack can be used once a week and it will gradually make your breasts firmer.
Essential oils: Essential oils like tea tree oil and lavender oil can also make your breasts firmer, even-toned, soft and supple. Mix a few drops of either essential oil with a carrier oil like olive oil or sesame oil and massage your breasts with it every two or three days. This will enhance blood circulation and also promote cell repair. You’ll notice the difference in 2 weeks!
Finally you must know that lifestyle habits like smoking and drinking, strong medication, pregnancy and many other reasons may contribute to sagging breasts. So it’s important that you take good care of your assets while in your early twenties to avoid any sagging. Until next time!
