When it comes to looking stylish, nothing beats a gorgeous pair of high heels. Heels make your legs look longer, your body looks slimmer, and your whole outfit is just a little more polished. But if you're slouching and shuffling as you walk, it kind of defeats the purpose of wearing high heels in the first place! This happens when you aren't comfortable walking in a pair of high heels. But you can't sacrifice your gorgeous Stella McCartney pair for a little bit of pain! Never!

Here's what you can do instead.
In-soles. Yes, I'm happy to inform you that they do work! (Yay) Just insert the sole inside your shoe and it'll provide you a lot of comfort while walking. Your feet don't feel pinched and it's much easier to walk!
If you have an issue with shoe bites, then heel liners are made just for you. Many people notice that the shoe rubs the back of your foot and results in friction that further results in painful shoe bites. Avoid those nasty bites by lining the back-wall of your shoe with a heel liner, and voila! Another advantage of this miracle product is that if you ended up buying a shoe that one size larger and you don't want to give it away (because they might not have it in your size!); then a heel liner will sort you out.
Another great thing to do is use ball-of-foot cushions. These little soft circles prevent your feet from developing calluses or corns (read more about calluses and corn removal here: Home Remedies For Calluses Or Corn On Feet) High heels put a lot of pressure on the balls of your feet so it's better to use some sort of cushioning to avoid any discomfort.
For ladies who experience any sort of back pain or lower back pain while (or due to) walking in heels all day, here's some good news – heel cushions! Get some gel heel cushions that will provide extra support, and absorb shock, thus alleviating the back pain.
Rub-reliever tape is also a great way to avoid any sort of rubbing or pinching happening in your feet as you walk in your towering heels. The rub-reliever tape does not allow any friction to occur, and thus prevents shoe bites, corns and calluses. Such a win-win situation!
