8 Things That are a Major Turn Off on the First Date
First date! It's the date that sets the tone, the date where both the parties judge each other. It's the deciding date of whether there's going to be a second date. Sometimes you just click with the person on the first date, whereas many a times it requires more than a first date for that click. Irrespective, there are a few things that are a big 'No no' on the first date.
1) Boasting and bragging
Nobody likes a show off. So stop talking about who all you've met and where all you've been.
2) Talking about your ex
If you're so hung up on him/her, why are you here? I mean if you can't shutup about your ex for 4 hours, you're clearly not ready for this.
3) Talking about or looking at the other girls
Well if you've had so many failed dates in such a short span, maybe the problem is with you. You need to stop talking about how all your recent dates were or looking at other girls and concentrate on the current one.
4) Forgetting your wallet
Irrespective of the gender, nowadays everyone believes in going Dutch. Maybe just maybe, one person pays for the person, and the other person pays on the second one. But what if you've forgotten your wallet, you can't even offer to pay.
Okay! So this is definitely embarrassing, cause it's the first date and neither of the two know how to handle the crying person and make it stop. So while others are starting to stare, the non-crying person is regretting this date already.
6) Talking about the future of the relationship:
Okay, CALM DOWN! It's too soon for that, don't you think?
7) Being RUDE to the waiter or waitress:
So the way your date treats the waiter/waitress can tell alot about them. It is very important for me personally, how someone talks to people who serve you. People who order around to show off is not a turn on and does not prove anything. You sending the food back because it didn't have salt is not going to impress me. Abusing the waiter talks more about your character than the way he's doing his job.
8) Getting drunk on the first date:
Like seriously, what were you thinking! Why did you have to drink when you can't keep it down. Noone likes a drunk!
