You will need:

3 tbsp or half a cup of light coconut oil

7 drops of lavender essential oil

10 drops of tea tree oil

Half a cup of sugar

Simply mix up all the ingredients in a small jar and use it as a scrub on the affected areas. You can store it for up to a week in a sealable jar.

Salt-vinegar exfoliant:

You will need:

2 tbsp salt (preferably rock salt or sea salt)

A drizzle of water mixed with an equal quantity of apple cider vinegar

You will need:

1 or 2 bags of good quality black tea

Half a cup of hot water

2 tbsp of ground oatmeal

A few drops of lemon juice

Dip the tea bags in the hot water and let it stand for 2 minutes. Remove the tea bags and squeeze the water absorbed in them into the cup. Add a few drops of lemon juice and mix well.
