A soft, fluffy 2-egg omlette made with the tiniest amount of olive oil (three cheers for healthy!) is the perfect way to start your day. A good healthy tip would be to skip the slices of bread and choose a light moong-dal chhilla instead!

This is a yummy crepe made with wheat flour, sugar, egg, that is flavoured with cardamom and saffron and stuffed with roasted dry fruits! My mouth is already watering! Wonder how something this tasty could be so healthy…
Whole wheat kheer:
Another Maharashtrian dish that is usually made during Ganesh Chaturthi, whole wheat kheer is the healthier version of rice or rava kheer.
