In the history of Indian Cinema, none of the actresses have taken a fan along with them at an award function. But, Deepika did it last year. And the fan was not just taken for the sake of it. The young girl, Prerna, was with Deepika on the red carpet, and also posed with the actress for shutterbugs. Later when Deepika received the award, she called Prerna on stage. The actress made Prerna feel special. The lucky fan was also sitting with Deepika throughout the award function in the first row of the audience.
