12 ounces of dark chocolate cut to pieces
8 ounces of heavy cream
Dippables of your choice (e.g. strawberries, dry fruits, marshmallows, waffle sticks)
Method: Add some water in a heavy bottom sauce pan, and place another smaller pan in it. Add the chocolate pieces in the top pan and heat just until melted. Remove from flame and set aside. In another heavy-bottom, deep pot, heat the heavy cream until completely melted and starting to boil. At this moment, add the melted chocolate in the pot of cream and mix well. Serve immediately with dippables of your choice!
