Black Pepper Powder – ¼ teaspoon (Optional)
Onion – Sliced/Cubed, 1

Spring Onion – 1 Sprig
Before you begin the actual process, you will have to marinate the chicken. Without further ado, let's get the party started!
Mix the chicken with chilli sauce, soya sauce, and salt. Mix well and let it rest for about half an hour. Meanwhile, you can get started with the veggies and the sauce. Cut the onion and bell peppers according to your convenience. For the sauce, add chilli sauce, soya sauce, red chilli powder, vinegar and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Add corn flour and all-purpose flour to the mixture and mix really well. Add in the chilli powder. You can add in extra flour and corn flour for the extra crunch. Your chicken is now set for frying. So, in a bowl, whip the egg and coat the boneless chicken pieces with it. Carefully drop in the chicken in a pan when the oil has heated up, a few pieces at a time. Take it out of the fryer once they're golden brown.
Once done, leave about 2 tablespoons of oil and drain the rest. Add in the chopped garlic, onions, spring onions, and bell peppers. Stir fry them until they look cooked and then add the sauce to the pan.
