A case of bad breath:
Do not take this lightly; brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a pleasant smelling wash before your wedding – even though you did that in the morning. You'll be hugging a lot of people on your wedding, so bad breath is a strict no-no.
Get a look-trial done:
On your wedding day, you want to look the best you've ever looked. So make sure to get a trial run of your outfit, hair, makeup, and the likes. Always be well prepared in advance.
Get a spa:
Weddings are hectic, so take an appointment a few days before the D-day and go for a full body spa. Get waxed, scrubbed and massaged as it will revitalize your senses and make you feel more relaxed.
Keep yourself well hydrated by constantly sipping on coconut water or fresh juices. Not only will it calm your pre-wedding jitters, it will also make your skin glow!
Dark circles and tired, puffy eyes can completely ruin photographs. Make sure to get enough rest by sleeping early every night for a month before your wedding. If you're worried about preps, there are other people who love you, to take care of it.

Visit your gynac:
Consult your gynaecologist if your periods are due around your wedding date. Even if they aren't, stress can throw your hormones in a turf, so be sure to get that checked well in advance.
Your wedding lingerie should be the last thing on your shopping list. All the pre-wedding stress can either make you bloat or trim you down by inches, so make sure you buy your lingerie only a week or two before your wedding and after multiple trial sessions.
Pack in advance:
You don't want to run around searching for your stuff the night before your wedding. So keep your bags, packed and ready well in advance. Make a list of things to pack and what has been kept where in case you forget or misplace something.
