Time For Adorable Frozen Yoghurt Cupcakes
Begin by placing small cupcake baking cups on a tray. Now fill half of each of each cup with low-fat yoghurt. Leave sufficient space on top for two more layers.
Now puree the strawberries and ripe banana in a blender. Add a spoonful of this to every cup. Ensure the lowermost layer of yoghurt is completely hidden. Now add a small dollop of yoghurt over the fruity layer in every cup.
Sprinkle a few chocolate chips as the topping of your frozen yoghurt cupcakes and place the tray in the freezer. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Remember to allow your cupcakes to come to room temperature before gently separating them from the cups.
Devour your frozen dessert without a guilt trip.
