4 Super-Cool Ways To Make Yourself Workout Regularly
The hassles of life are never-ending! Social life, personal life, professional life… the list just goes on and on.
Now if you're one of those people who keep repeating to themselves that one day they will make time to look after their physical fitness… sorry to burst your bubble but that day will not come! In our super-hectic lives, we need to somehow manage to squeeze in an hour of a regular workout regime. It may sound difficult initially but once you get started, it will be just as important as family time or official meetings. Because after all, our health should be our topmost priority!
Wondering how do you do that? These simple ways will make it easier for you to make time to work out.
- Pre plan and finish a part of your morning chores before going to sleep at night. Use the saved 20-30 minutes of your morning time for a quick workout routine. Though you will feel sleepy initially, the energy boost after exercising will make you work faster! And you thought morning time was considered the best time to work out for no reason?
- We understand if you can't miss out on your favourite TV show or cricket match. Just don't slouch on the couch while enjoying it. Stand in front of the television set and do a quick exercise routine of at least 20 minutes during a 30-minute sitcom. Not a bad deal at all!

- While you can use public transportation while you head to work (so as to not enter office all sweaty and stinky), consider walking your way back from office. Bonus points for taking the stairs instead of the lift.
- Lastly, find your workout partner! It is a fact that while you may feel lazy at the thought of exercising alone, a fitness regime automatically turns into fun when you tag a friend along. Be it a walk or a meet at the park, looking forward to meeting someone will have you prepping for your exercises every day :)
