5 Awesome Workout Hacks For The Lazy Body
Fact is we all want that perfect fit and toned body. Another fact is, not all of us want to labour for it. Most of us are as lazy as hell, and just can't bring ourselves to work out, while some of us simple don't have the time to. So for the lazy ones and the busy ones, here are 5 workout hacks that you can easily incorporate in your daily routine.
Morning Leg Raises
So, this the very first thing you have to do when you open your eyes in the morning, after checking your phone that is. Just lay straight in bed and place your arms around your head and lift your head up a little. Now join your legs, and raise them both up in the air simultaneously while taking care not to bend your knees, and then, bring them down and almost touch the bed, but don't really touch it. Do two sets of these with 10 repetitions each every morning before you get up from the bed.

Bathroom Wall Sits
Ever felt that brushing your teeth is boring and that you are wasting that minute or two behind it? Well, the fact is it isn't a waste; it keeps your teeth clean… duh! Either way, here is something you can do while brushing your teeth to make the best of the time spent. Stand with your back straight against the wall, and slide down, so that you feel that you are sitting on an invisible chair. Keep your back straight and your legs at a 90 degree angle. Hold the position till you are done brushing. Repeat again while brushing teeth at night.
We often find ourselves just lying down on bed listening to music, texting, or talking on the phone. You are in the perfect position for some crunches, and the bed is as good a place as any for it, so why not just do a few crunches to make yourself healthier. Place your hands behind your head and bend your knees. Now lift your upper body to your knew caps, and go back. Repeat. Do two sets of crunches, with 10 reps each and then get back to texting.
Who doesn't love catching up on the latest streaming TV shows and movies on the laptop? We all do it, and more than often we do so while sleeping on our tummies with our eyes glued to the laptop screen. So, for hack number 4, keep your eyes glued to the screen while the rest of your body does a plank to help you tone up your thighs and abdomen. Clench your fists and place your forearms flat on the bed, parallel to your shoulders. Join your legs, and now slowly taking support from your forms and toes lift your whole body up and suspend yourself in the air for a minimum of 15 seconds before coming down. Repeat as much as you can and hold the plank for longer than 15 seconds if it is possible for you.

Whenever you enter a building with a lift, and have to go on the 4th floor or above, especially if you have to go above the 4th floor; ditch the elevator and take the stairs. You may not feel like it, but force yourself to. Climbing up steps is a great cardio exercise that helps tone your thighs and bottom, and make them sexy. The best part here is, you aren't really going out of your way to get this bit of cardio done. The stairs are going to take you to the same place as the lift, but this will make you healthier than the lift ever can.
