Yoga
Practising yoga during pregnancy keeps your muscles flexible and limber. It helps regulate the blood flow and keeps your heart calm and composed, and at the same time is a good exercise to tone muscles. Also, yoga will help you stay calm during child birth.
Aerobics
Aerobics can help strengthen your heart and train your body. Just make sure to do low impact movements that don't put pressure on your joints. An even better option is to join prenatal aerobics class that is run by a trained instructor.

Weight Training
While the more tedious forms of weight training need to be put on hold when you are pregnant, the light impact ones can still be continued. As long as the movements aren't too strenuous you are good to go, and remember to further tone them down as your pregnancy progresses.

It is ideal to maintain weight during pregnancy as it works on every muscle at once and gives you a 360 degree work out. It also has many cardiovascular benefits and reduces swelling. Plus it makes a pregnant woman, who is carrying a lot of extra weight, feel weightless for a while.
