Dehydration is when your body does not get enough water to function properly. There are various reasons behind dehydration, the major one being that you not drinking enough water. Replacing water with juice or soda is one of the biggest mistakes. You are not only spiking your blood sugar levels but are also not providing enough water for your cells to function properly. Another reason could be staying in the sun for an hour or more. So, the next time you're going out, carry a small bottle of water and keep yourself hydrated.
