Let's Prepare For Iftaar
Begin with marinating the keema with the ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and curd. Mix well and keep it aside for twenty minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and start frying the chopped onions and ginger. Once they turn golden brown, add the marinated keema and chopped dry fruits. Cook this mixture well and keep the stuffing for your samosa aside to cool.
Add salt to the flour and use oil to make a stiff dough. Pinch small balls from the dough, roll them into small puris and place a little stuffing in the centre. Fold them into the triangular shape of a samosa. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry your keema samosas until they are thoroughly cooked. Serve hot with your favourite dip!
Bonus Tip: You could also use readymade flour wraps for your samosa, in case you too are a lazy chef (like me) ;)
Throwing an Iftaar party? Make sure you've included keema samosas in your menu :)
