Beat The Heat With A Variety Of Flavoured Chhaas or Buttermilk
Summer is getting hotter as I type each sentence. Which means if you really care for your health, skin, nails, or hair or all of these together, you must keep yourself well-hydrated! You've heard the advice "drink more water" a zillion times; but, we, at The Brunette Diaries, know and understand that drinking so much of water (although necessary and helpful) doesn't really play out well for our bladders. So we won't pester you to drink more than you can, but do make a slight effort as to not remaining thirsty for over an hour. Just one sip maybe! And since we are not drinking enough water to beat the heat, why not substitute it with something more exciting, equally hydrating and yummy for the taste buds at the same time!
