Chocolate Dosa: A Combination You Won't Forget!
As a part of human nature, we tend to fall in love in the set stereotypes and lose our creativity somewhere. Take our food, for example. We know that dosa is made with this typical spicy filling and that's how we are used to it. Similarly, according to us, chocolate is something that's best used for dessert, so we don't bother incorporating it into our main course.

Ready To Dish Out Chocolate Dosas?
Begin by pouring the dosa batter in a large bowl and adding all the ingredients of the recipe to it, except the butter. Mix this well; ensure that no lumps remain.
Next up, heat a non-stick dosa pan and brush some butter on it. When the pan is conveniently hot, pour a ladleful of your chocolatey dosa batter on the pan, and spread it evenly in a circular motion. See that your dosa is neither too thick, nor too thin.
Drop a little butter on it and flip the side after a minute. Once your dosa is cooked evenly from the both the sides, remove it from flame.
The best part – No hassles about an additional dip for this dosa; serve it plain or better still, pour a spoonful of condensed milk over it! Now how can someone not try that after imagining that irresistible sight?
Bonus Tip: Replace the dosa batter with a readymade idli batter and use your idli pot to make chocolate idlis!
