Chocolate Yoghurt – A Healthy And Easy Dose Of Chocolate

Coming back to my task at hand, chocolate usually makes us think of the word unhealthy! Yes, we admit that chocolate is rich in calories but there is a special chocolate preparation that allows you to indulge in some sinful sweetness without the constant worry of gaining weight. This recipe of chocolate yoghurt is healthy, easy to make and will satisfy your sweet tooth. Try it out if you don't believe me.
Grab These Ingredients
2 spoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 spoons of fresh cream
3 spoons of skimmed milk
2 cups of skimmed milk yoghurt
4 spoons of powdered sugar
A bowl of crushed walnut kernels
It's Time For Dessert
Whisk cocoa powder with cream and milk. Now add powdered sugar to yoghurt in a large bowl and mix well. Add the cocoa, cream and milk mixture and stir well. Ensure that no lumps are formed. Set aside a spoon of crushed walnuts and add the remaining to your chocolate yoghurt.
Transfer this into serving bowls and drizzle the remaining walnuts on top of your dessert.
Bonus Tip: If you're a fan of ice-cream, you could also refrigerate it for a little while and enjoy chilled chocolate yoghurt. In fact, even a generous amount of chocolate sauce never did anybody any harm ;)
