Don't ignore acne! It's your body trying to tell you there's something wrong, either with your diet or with your skin care routine. Treat your acne with natural products like aloe vera and prevent it from reoccurring by making changes in your diet and skin care routine.

This nasty habit of picking pimples has become an epidemic! Most of you out there are happy with immediate results. Want a clear face for a date? It's time to pick that nasty pimple! Well, no it isn't! Scars are much more stubborn than that nasty pimple which may trouble you for a week at the most!

We cannot stress enough on this healthy habit. Drink 3-4 litres of water a day to improve circulation and eliminate the waste from your body. This will help give you a clearer skin and slowly but surely get rid of marks as well.
One more aspect of your life which we cannot stop nagging at you about is sleep! Get to bed early! Rise early! Early to bed, early to rise, makes you healthy, wealthy and wise. Clichéd as it seems, sleeping well has immense health benefits, and a clear skin is just one of them, well in this case, a major one!

Exercise and diet
Exercise well to stimulate proper blood flow and maintain a healthy diet so that it doesn't affect your skin. You are what you eat, they say. Eat well and exercise regularly to make sure you improve overall health, as this will reflect on your skin first!
