2 cups of green papaya (shredded lengthways)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 garlic cloves
1 fresh red chili (roughly chopped)
4 cherry tomatoes (quartered)
1 tablespoon grated jaggery (gud)
½ tablespoon tamarind pulp
½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
¼ teaspoon common salt
1-2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (crushed)
