Easy Exercises That Can Be Done Without Leaving Your Bed

All you need to do is get in the push up position. Next, use your forearms to balance your body. Align your elbows in line with your shoulders. Slowly lift the rest of your body till it looks like a straight line. Now hold the position for a few minutes and release. This one of the easiest exercises you can do staying in bed.
Lay on your right side and make you body completely straight. Now lift your head and support it on right fist while keeping your right hand bent. Then, raise your left leg and hold the toe with your left hand. Stay in this position for 30 seconds and release.
Lie on your back and keep your arms under your hips, palms facing downwards. Now gradually lift both your legs and keep them absolutely straight. Keep your toes pointed while you are doing this exercise. Next, lower your right leg while keeping your left leg straight upward. Now, without touching the bed, put your right leg upwards and bring the left one down. Continue the scissor like motion for about a minute.
Lay on your back and keep your arms to the sides. Now take both your hands behind your head and slowly raise your upper body and both your legs. Now go back to the original position keeping the hands behind the head. Repeat this several times and you can also twist your body left and right alternatively.
Start by lying straight on your back and keep your knees bent. Slowly lift your lower back and starting pushing yourself up keeping your shoulders rested on the bed. Keep your arms on the sides while in this position and hold it for 30 seconds. Release and repeat it a 2-3 times. This exercise can be done while on the bed and is super effective.
