Get The Ingredients
1 teaspoon crushed red chilies (chili flakes you saved)
1 small onion (chopped)
½ medium green capsicum (seeded and thinly sliced)
¾ teaspoon common salt
4 teaspoons grated cheese

Take four microwave-safe bowls (katoris) and break two eggs in each bowl. Now, very carefully separate the egg yolk and leave the whites in the bowl. Next, sprinkle some salt, half of the chili flakes, capsicum slices, chopped onion and grated cheese equally distributed on all of the bowls.
