2 cups of water
¾ cup quinoa
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 capsicum, chopped
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons olive oil

Let the quinoa soak in water for about 4-5 hours. Drain it and blend it to form a thick paste. Add the chopped onions, capsicum, garlic, salt and chili powder and mix it well to form your dosa batter. Make sure the consistency is right.
Heat oil in a pan and make round, even quinoa dosas. Cook until they turn golden brown on each side and serve hot. Use tomato ketchup or a spicy chutney as a dip!

Vegetable Quinoa Upma
½ cup quinoa
1 cup water
1½ teaspoon oil
¼ teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon cumin
A pinch of asafetida (hing)
1 teaspoon urad dal
1 teaspoon chana dal
Finely chopped ginger
Few curry leaves
1 green chili, chopped
Favourite vegetables, chopped
Soak the quinoa in water for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, mustard, urad dal and chana dal and fry until they turn golden. Next add the chopped vegetables, salt and hing and fry for another few minutes. Pour water and bring it to boil. Now drain the quinoa and add it to the pan. Cook on a medium flame until the water dries up and the quinoa is completely cooked. Your healthy breakfast dish is ready.
