How Writing Makes You A Better Version Of Yourself

When you have troubles in life, you go to a therapist and pour out your thoughts and feelings hoping that, doing so, you will attain some peace and carry on with your life. What if I tell you, that writing down your problems, staggering thoughts or feelings will achieve you peace you were finding in life.
Writing is an art but not only for writers. We all can fruit from it, not for fame or recognition. Because many don't realize what power writing actually possesses. What penning down your thoughts can gain you. How by simply picking up a pen or quill, filling it with ink, and drawing your words on a blank piece of paper like painting a canvas will benefit you so much.
For instance, people often find them stressful as there's a lot going on in their minds, like the many tabs open on your computer desktop, they are not able to process everything and end up lost. What if you just write down your thoughts one by one? Imagine how easy it will be when whatever you are thinking is on a piece of paper & you don't have to think about it anymore? Sounds good?
You have trouble remembering important things? Start a habit of keeping a notepad with you. Whenever you are told any important stuff, simply pen it down and stick somewhere on a fridge or on your workspace desk, any place you often see. It's only a matter of time when you will remember things very well without the help of writing everything down.
Do you often find yourself having troubles in talking with others? May it be your introvert nature or lack of confidence, when you start writing, you will see how your communication will have improved. Having to fall short of words, it won't be happening ever again. Writing, reading and talking, they all go hand in hand.
Writing helps you feel like a god for the time you're writing the story. You feel in control, you don't feel burdened anymore, in fact writing will make you feel so relieved. It is like accomplishing a task. So go ahead, pick up the pen and be the author of your own life.
