4 large, firm tomatoes
1 medium green capsicum (chopped)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of olive oil

To get started, preheat the oven to a 180 degree Celsius or 350 degree Fahrenheit. Now, cut a thin slice off from the bottom of the tomato and one slice of the top and scoop out the flesh. You can use the flesh for another dish as a mash or puree. Keep the tops aside.
