Home Remedies For Grey Hair
One of the most annoying things for a brunette is to have pre-mature graying of hair. As much as the greys are annoying, resist the urge to chop every single one of them. It is said that chopping your grey hair only causes more greying. Even though I don't understand the logic behind it, to be on a safer side, keep that scissor far, far away from your locks.
So, what would you do if not chop them? Treat them, without spending a bomb at the salon. These home remedies are surely going to work in your favor! You can now happily wave the greys away.
Henna
Henna is a natural hair colorant and also helps in softening the hair texture. Prepare a henna hair mask by mixing black coffee and henna powder and mix it to have a yogurt consistency. Make sure there aren't any lumps left in the mixture. Apply it to your hair; use a glove as the henna will eventually color your hand too. Leave the mixture for about 2-3 hours and then wash it with shampoo.

Black Tea
Black tea will help darken your hair and in turn, reduce the greys. Boil 2 teaspoons of black tea in a cup of water and let it come to a boil. Allow the tea to cool, and rinse your hair with it a few times. For the last time, let it sit for 15-20 minutes before finally rinsing it with cold water. Do not use shampoo. Repeat this process twice a week.

Onion juice is said to be a great remedy for thinning hair or grey hair. Greying is usually caused by a decrease in the natural oxidant compound called catalase. Onion helps increase the production of this compound. Apply onion juice to your scalp and massage it. Let it sit for about 30 minutes and then wash it with a mild shampoo.
