Banana Walnut Lassi
Banana and walnut are the ideal combinations for milkshakes and cakes, how about you try making Banana Walnut Lassi? This recipe is one refreshing drink to get through the fasts easily.
All You Need Is
Low Fat Yogurt – 2 Cups
Banana – 1
Walnuts – 3-4
Flax And Sesame Seeds – Mixed, 1 Teaspoon
Honey – 1-2 Teaspoon
The method to make this lassi is just as easy as its ingredients. All you gotta do to make this healthy and nutritious drink is to blend the yoghurt, mixed seeds, walnuts, honey, and bananas. Keep a check on the consistency from time to time.
Blend it all really well until it's smooth and creamy.
Keep some chopped walnuts aside for garnishing. Once the lassi is blended, transfer it to a glass and garnish it with chopped walnuts.
You can even transfer it to a container and let it chill for an hour or two before serving.

Low-Calorie Makhana Kheer
Although the idea of Makhana Kheer is a bit unusual, the taste is heavenly. It is one of the easiest recipes. You can excel at cooking this one even as a first timer!
Here's What You Will Need
Milk – 1 Liter
Makhana (Puffed Lotus Seeds) – ¼ Cup
Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
Pistachios – Chopped, 2 Teaspoons
Almonds – Chopped, 2 Teaspoons
Green Cardamom Powder – 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
Break the makhanas into smaller pieces. Add milk and makhanas in a deep vessel, let it cook on a simmer flame for about 1 ½ to 2 hours. Do not cover the vessel with a lid until the milk is boiled and the puffed lotus seeds are soft.
Add in the sugar and stir until the sugar has melted.
Put pistachios, almonds, and cardamom powder. Stir well again until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Now that the beauty is ready, it's up to you if you want to serve it hot or chilled.
