For the crust:
25 Oreo cookies
1/4 cup of butter, melted
2 tablespoons of sugar
20 large marshmallows
1/3 cup of whole milk
250 gms of cream cheese at room temperature
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
5 crushed Oreos cookies
Oreo + Marshmallows = Magic!
Begin by making the crust. Crush the Oreos, and add the melted butter and sugar to it. Mix well until it reaches the desired consistency. Press into the container that you want to set your cake in and keep this aside.
For the cheesecake, combine the marshmallows and the milk. Heat it over a low flame until the marshmallows melt completely. Transfer this into a bowl and add the cream cheese and vanilla extract. Now add the marshmallow mixture and beat it until it turns fluffy. Fold in the whipped topping and layer it over the crust of your cake.
Refrigerate your Oreo marshmallow cheesecake for at least an hour and don't forget to top it with crushed Oreos before serving.
