Instant dosa batter
2-3 tbsp oil
Grated chocolate (as required)
Chocolate syrup
Method: Prepare the dosa batter as per the instructions on the packet. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto a non-stick pan and spread it with a spatula to make a round dosa. Drizzle a little bit of oil all around the circumference of the dosa and sprinkle the grated chocolate generously in the centre. Cover the pan with a lid and allow the dosa to cook. The steam will melt the chocolate and cook the dosa as well. Once the dosa is cooked, roll the dosa or fold it in half and serve it on a plate drizzled with chocolate syrup.
