Super Easy Stir Fried Chapatti Noodles Recipe
Hey you lazy chef, are you hungry? We thought so! All you need right now are a few chapattis and you can quickly stir up something hot and delicious. This stir fried chapatti noodles recipe is just what you need when you return hungry from a long day at work or college. It is so easy to make that you will want to make it every time you feel like munching on something quick and filling.
All You Need Is…
4-5 Chapattis (cut into long, thin strips)
1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
1/4 Cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 carrot (thinly slices)
1 medium capsicum (thinly sliced)
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
2 teaspoon tomato ketchup
2 teaspoons of oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper powder
Stir Up Those Noodles!
Heat a non-stick frying pan and add oil. Once the oil is slightly hot, drop the sliced onions, capsicums, cabbage and ginger garlic paste and stir well for about 2 minutes. Once the onion starts to sweat, add in the carrots and mix well.
Once this mixture starts changing colour, add some dark soy sauce and tomato ketchup for that zing. Stir fry the veggies for another minute and add salt and pepper. Mix well. Next, add the chapatti noodle strips. Toss it all up so that the mixture coats the flat noodles completely. Your quick and tasty chapatti noodles are ready. Serve hot!
