Super Tasty And Nutritious Soya Kabab Recipe
It's Sunday and you are in the mood to make something special for dinner. It's time bring out the chef in you. Here is an amazing soya kabab recipe that is super tasty and nutritious. It is a great vegetarian starter dish that is a must try. So, grab your apron and let's start cooking.
Things You'll Need
2 cups of soya chunks (soaked and drained)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon cumin powder (jeera)
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
150 gram tofu (grated)
1 inch ginger (grated)
½ teaspoon red chili powder
¼teaspoon dried mango powder (aamchur)
¾ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon oil
½ beaten brown rice (soaked and mashed)
1 tablespoon fresh coriander (chopped)
Let's Get Cooking
First, blend together the soaked soya chunks, green chilies, coriander powder, onion, cumin powder, ginger, salt, chili powder and aamchur powder in a blender. Now, add the grated tofu into the blended mixture and continue to blend for about two minutes.
Now take this mixture out in a large glass bowl and add the mashed beaten rice, garam masala powder and chopped fresh coriander. Mix well. Now, preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius or 350 degree Fahrenheit.

Divide the soya mixture into sixteen equal portions. Shape them into flat round cutlets and keep them aside. Next, grease a baking tray with some regular cooking oil. Now gently place the soya kababs onto the tray and lightly brush them with oil. Slide the baking tray into the preheated oven and be patient!
After fifteen minutes, bring out the tray and turn the kababs over and bake for more seven or eight minutes till the crusts turn golden brown. Your delicious soya kababs are ready to be served. Some fresh mint chutney will go perfectly with this dish.
