Grab The Ingredients
5 medium apples
1 cup wholewheat flour (atta)
½ cup oats
7 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons butter
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons skimmed milk powder
10 almonds, flaked
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Let's Begin Baking!
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Firstly, it's time to prepare the topping. Mix the flour, oats, 3 teaspoons of sugar and butter. Use your fingertips to rub in the butter so that it resembles breadcrumbs. Now add the milk, milk powder, flaked almonds and mix.
Quarter the apples, core and cut into medium-sized pieces. Place them in a single layer in a baking dish. Mix the cinnamon powder with the remaining sugar and sprinkle this mixture evenly over the apples. Spread a generous and even layer of your topping over the apples and bake this in the preheated oven for around 45 minutes. Your apple crumble is ready to be served!
