Last time, I told everyone how to get out of the friendzone (just in case you missed it, you can find it here). And now, I'm back to help all you men out with another pivotal topic. I'm going with the theory of ‘prevention is better than cure' and show you how to not get friendzoned in the first place! It's not a herculean task, well, for most of us. So, here goes.

Show Her You've Got Options

While you may not really have other girls dying to be with you, it never hurts to pretend ;) Let her know that she's not the only person who's got your attention. And as history has seen, women tend to feel more attracted to a guy who appears to be a hunk of sorts. The moment she knows that she's not a priority, she'll tend to fall for you.

Don't Be Vocal

While it's good to let a girl know about your feelings, many men overdo it and destroy their essence completely. Resist the urge. I know it's tough as hell. Save it for the special occasions. Too much of it will just destroy the seriousness of what you're trying to convey.

Ditch Her Occasionally

No, don't keep ditching her every single time; do it really occasionally, only when you think it is okay. She should know that you're not always available for her, and that you have a life beyond her. This will not only make her miss you in your absence, but also make her value your presence in her life.

Don't Be A Pushover

Stop being bullied by her preferences. She might consider you as a really great friend, but if you be submissive, there is a high chance she wouldn't consider seeing you as boyfriend material. No girl wants to date a pushover.

Stop Trying To Please Her

While it is okay at times, don't always cater to her whims and fancies. Have it your way at times as well. Take her out to places you want to go to, keep the flirting game on, and trust me, she'll be seeing you in a completely different light in no time.

Keep The Flirting Game Going

Flirting is important, and you need to have sexual tension between each other for her to feel attracted towards you. If she's comfortable around you, catch her off guard by caressing her cheek casually, holding her by the waist or looking into her eyes. These things will make her see how much you are into her and attracted to her. But ensure you don't seem like a desperado or a cheapo doing this.

Be A Man

Her decision of friendzoning you is not in your hands. But whether you fall into the pit or not is completely your responsibility. If you think that's what is going to happen, just walk away. You're a dignified man, and you wouldn't stick around for someone who needs you as per their convenience. Move away; you owe this to yourself.
