
Try Out These Exercises To Get Rid OF Flabby Arms
There could be multiple reasons to why you have flabby arms; maybe they are the result of you losing a lot of weight and not being successful at toning your body, it could also be the result of certain deposits of fat still remaining in your arms or the lack of muscle mass. Whatever it may be, there are ways that work to get rid of flabby arms.

A good diet with regular exercise will keep your entire body in shape and well toned. Pair them with the following exercises that are particularly designed to tone and reduce arm flab to give beautiful and sculpted arms.
Triceps Push Up
This is one of the best exercises to reduce the flab in your arms. Lie flat on your stomach and place arms close to your shoulder. Slowly push yourself upwards using your triceps until your arms are fully extended. Hold it. Descend to the start position, but don't touch your stomach to the ground. Repeat.
One-Arm Pushup
Lie down on your left side and slightly bend your knees. Now place your left arm on the right shoulder. With your right palm pressed on the floor lift up your upper body. Repeat the movements and do the same on the other side.

Bent Over Row
Stand with your feet shoulders width apart. Bend your knees while bending your upper body forward while holding weights in both hands. Bend the elbows while lifting your arms. Slowly lower the arms. Repeat.
Triceps Dip
This exercise works on your triceps, abs and strengthens your core as well. You will need a strong and heavy chair that won't topple over easily for this one. Sit on the edge of the chair and slowly inch yourself out in a 90 degree angle. Bend your knees and using your elbows push yourself down and then bring yourself up again. Do this slowly. Repeat.

Triceps Kickback
Grab a weight in each hand and kneel down on the floor. From the hips, bend your upper body forward and bend your elbows at 90 degrees. Now extend both the arms backwards so that your palms face each other. Stretch. Return to the starting position. Repeat.
