A Veggie's Delight – Tempting Grilled Paneer Sandwich
Though I'm a hardcore non-vegetarian at heart, I have seen my vegetarian friends swearing by paneer. Also known as the Indian cottage cheese, paneer is something that can be easily incorporated in a variety of recipes. But just like a number of other things that have been stereotyped, paneer, too, has been labelled as just a main course element. People don't realise that it could serve just as brilliantly as a breakfast treat!

Want To Bite Into Grilled Paneer Sandwich?
Begin by either grating the paneer or crumbling it in a bowl with your hands. Once the paneer has been shredded, add the finely chopped onion, chopped green chillies, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well to prepare your stuffing. Keep it aside.
Butter all the slices of bread. Now spread a layer of green chutney on one slice, evenly spread a little of your paneer stuffing, and close it with another slice of bread. Repeat this with all the bread slices. Heat your griller or sandwich maker and toast your paneer sandwiches. If you don't have a griller at home, you could use a hot tava in its place.
Bonus Tip: If you have some extra time on your hands, you could consider stir frying your paneer stuffing for yummier taste.
