Almost any and every amount of physical activity helps slow the aging process of your cells. Even if you take a walk for about 30 minutes a day, you will notice the difference in no time.
By exercise, I don't mean that you have to take a gym membership and burn a huge hole in your pocket, you can even work out at home. Remember, every drop counts! So, instead of taking a membership, begin by taking a walk in your garden area, or start working out at home. Get started with basic exercises like sit-ups and floor pushups.
Any sort of physical activity can help preserve telomeres. Before you start wondering what telomeres are, let me tell you, they determine the age of a cell. They're like caps at the end of DNA strands and scientists can determine the biological age of a cell by measuring a telomere's length.
