Have you ever heard the saying, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day"? I'm sure you have heard it, but still you choose to skip it. It's time to put those breakfast-skipping days behind you because I'm about to share with each of you some quick and yummy healthy breakfast treats that hit the spot. Trust me, after you have had any of these items, you will wait to have breakfast again the next day. Don't worry if you think you're going to put on weight; all these food items are healthy.
Breakfast In A Bottle:

Ingredients
120ml of milk
4 dates, chopped
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp granola
1 tbsp mixed nuts
Heat the milk and lightly cook the oats in it till they become slightly soft. Add dates to the mixture and let them soak in the milk. Once it cools down, add the remaining ingredients. Put this mixture in a blender with ice, and mix it till it becomes smooth. Remember to serve it chilled.

Breakfast Slider: (Healthy breakfast burger)
Ingredients
2 mini buns
4 tbsp pesto sauce
1 scrambled egg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
15g lettuce
15g caramelized onions
Slice the buns and heat them on a slow fire. Place lettuce on both the sides and apply butter and pesto. Add some caramelized onions and a scrambled egg on it. Season the burger with salt and pepper. Place the top bun and serve it with chips.

Pesto Panini:

20g roasted red pepper a little olive oil, for coating
20g feta cheese, crumbled
1 Panini bread
2 tbsp pesto sauce
30g mushrooms
30g zucchini
A pinch of salt
5-6 pieces lettuce leaves
Slice zucchini and grill with olive oil and salt. Slice Panini bread into two lengthwise and spread 1 tbsp of pesto on each side. Clean and slice mushrooms and grill with olive oil and salt. Layer one side with lettuce leaves, zucchini, red peppers and mushrooms, and top with crumbled feta and close with the other half. Coat red peppers with olive oil and salt and roast in oven at 160° C till the skin is charred. Once it is cool, peel off the skin. Grill for 3-4 minutes and serve.
